This exciting program combines a taste of Iceland with the best of Norway. From urban Oslo, Norway’s bustling capital, you fly to Kirkenes where you embark on our breathtaking southbound voyage, cruising the beautiful Lofoten archipelago, ancient Trondheim, Art Nouveau Alesund, and ending in historical Bergen. The adventure continues as you fly to Reykjavik, capital of Iceland, a land of ancient Viking culture and dramatic countrysides.

Itinerary

Departures: Daily, all year.

Day 1: Depart Canada
Depart on your own transatlantic flight to Oslo.

Day 2: Oslo
After your arrival in Norway, transfer to downtown Oslo and explore this energetic capital city.

Day 3: Oslo
Another day to explore the city’s fascinating institutions, such as the the Kon-Tiki Museum. Use your Oslo Pass. Also worth a visit is the bustling Akershus Brygge district. [B]

Day 4: Oslo: Kirkenes Embarkation
Transfer to the airport for your flight to Kirkenes, where you will embark your Norwegian Coastal Voyage ship. [B/L/D]

Days 5 – 8: Norwegian Coastal Voyage
Sail at a leisurely pace along Norway’s western coast. Enjoy the Lofoten and Vesteralen Islands, with the spectacular Trollfjord. [B/L/D]

Day 9: Disembarkation Bergen
Arrive in the afternoon at this Hanseatic port. Transfer to the hotel. Rest of the day at your leisure. [B/L]

Day 10: Bergen
You’ll have the day to explore this fascinating port town with your Bergen Card. Visit the fish and flower markets, the historic Bryggen wharf, and Bergen’s castle. [B]

Day 11: Bergen – Reykjavik
Transfer to the airport for your own flight to Reykjavik. Transfer to your hotel and enjoy the rest of your day in the Icelandic capital. [B]

Day 12: Reykjavik
You’ll have today to experience either Reykjavik or Iceland’s natural splendour. There are optional excursions available to geysers, fjords, waterfalls, and geothermal springs. [B]

Day 13: Depart Reykjavik. Arrive in Canada
Transfer to Reykjavik Airport for your own return flight back to Canada. [B]
