Itinerary

Day 1 Home City – Beijing
Your journey begins with your transpacific flight. Spend the night aboard as we cross the International Date Line.

Day 2 Arrive Beijing.
Welcome to Beijing, the political and cultural center of the world’s most populous nation. You will be met and transferred to the hotel for well-deserved rest and relaxation.
HOTEL: CHANGAN GRAND HOTEL BEIJING or similar

Day 3 Beijing (B, L, D)

This morning we tour to Tiananmen Square and the Imperial Palace in the world -the Forbidden City. After lunch, we’ll tour to the largest imperial garden in the world, the elegant Summer Palace with a boat cruise on the shimmering water of Kunming Lake. After that we’ll visit the Panda House in Beijing Zoo.

Day 4 Beijing (B, L, D)

Morning tour to 2008 Beijing Olympic venues - the exterior of Bird Nest & Water Cube for photography, then continue to the Great Wall at Badaling and walking along its ramparts for breathtaking view of the largest man power project in the world. After that we approach to the Ming Dynasty’s Imperial Tomb & the Sacred Way. If time available we’ll visit a Jade Stone Carving Factory.

Tonight we enjoy a cultural show

Day 5 Beijing (B, L, SD)

This morning we visit Temple of Heaven. Then we visit Beijing City Planning Museum and watch a 3D film which tells the glory history and fast changes of Beijing. In the afternoon we’ll take the old–fashioned Pedicab to the historical Hutong Area. We visit a Pearl Workshop if time available.

Tonight we enjoy Peking Duck Dinner

Day 6 Beijing – Home City (B)
Free time in the morning to explore or relax. Say goodbye to Beijing as you board your transpacific flight home.
