Itinerary

Day 1 Home City – Shanghai

Your journey begins with an overnight transpacific flight across the International Date Line.

Day 2 Arrival Shanghai

Upon arrival, meet & transfer to hotel for check-in.

Day 3 Shanghai (B, L, D)       

This morning we’ll visit the Old Downtown and classical Yu Garden. Afternoon we visit Shanghai Museum. The attractions include enormous finest stone sculptures, bronze-ware, porcelain, calligraphic works, Chinese paintings and ancient furniture. If time permits we’ll visit the Carpet Factory.

Tonight we enjoy the famous Shanghai Acrobatic Show.

Day 4 Shanghai / Suzhou by bus (B. L. D)

Morning tour to Jade Buddha Temple and Nanjing Road. After lunch we drive (1.5 hours) to Suzhou, renowned as Oriental Venice for its exquisite canals, artificial architectures and elegant gardens. Visit the Master of Nets Garden and Silk Embroidery Institute.

Day 5 Suzhou (B. L. D)

This morning, we visit the Humble Administrator's Garden and enjoying a cruise along the Grand Canal. We will have a brief tour to the Golden Rooster Lake & New Economic Development Zone. And then we visit Ancient Water Gate.

Day 6 Suzhou / Hangzhou by bus (B, L, D)

Drive to Hangzhou (2 hours), the city of nature beauty, regarded as the "Paradise on Earth", the place of poetry motion, honey moons and love stories and relax. Sampan Cruise on the picturesque West Lake & visit Six Harmonies Pagoda

Day 7 Hangzhou (B. L. D)

This morning, we’ll climb the Isolated Hill & visit the Ancient Ink & Calligraphy Association – another best place to view the tranquil & beautiful lake. Then we walking on Qinghefang Ancient Street, visit “Hu Qing Yu Tang” – the most famous Chinese Herbal Medicine Museum, and the private lavish garden of Hu Xueyan - one of the richest merchants in last Dynasty

Day 8 Hangzhou / Wuzhen by bus (B. L. D)                                      

This morning we will visit the region’s most famous Tea Village. Then we drive to Wuzhen - one of the best-preserved ancient water-towns in China. We’ll take a boat to the hotel for check-in. We’ll visit the traditional houses, a rice wine brewery and a weaving workshop and dye house, a street corner opera stage, where you can enjoy a puppet show. This evening, you’ll be treated with a local banquet

Day 9 Wuzhen / Shanghai by bus (B. L)

Explore the lovely town by your own in the morning

After lunch, we drive back to Shanghai (2 hours)

Check-in hotel & free at leisure

Day 10 Shanghai / Beijing by air (B)

Transfer for your flight to Beijing

Upon arrival, meet your local guide and transfer to the hotel for check-in

Day 11 Beijing  (B. L. D)  

Full day tour to Tiananmen Square, Forbidden City, the elegant Summer Palace & the Panda House in Beijing Zoo

Day 12 Beijing (B. L. D)          

This morning we’ll visit the exterior of Bird Nest & Water Cube for photography. Later, we’ll tour to the Great Wall at Badaling. After lunch, we’ll visit the Ming Dynasty Imperial Tomb & Sacred Way. If time permits we’ll visit a Jade Carving Factory 

Evening: we’ll enjoy a cultural show

Day 13 Beijing (B. L. SD)

Day 14 Beijing / Home City (B)

Free time in the morning. Transfer to the airport for return flight home.
