Itinerary
Day 1 Home City – Tokyo
Your journey begins with your transpacific flight. Spend the night aboard as we cross the International Date Line.
Day 2 Tokyo
Arrive at New Tokyo International Airport (Narita Airport). Your guide will meet you and provide assistance as you board the airport bus.
Day 3 Tokyo
Morning city tour of Tokyo Tower, the world's tallest self-supporting steel tower; Imperial Palace Plaza; Asakusa Kannon Temple, the oldest temple in Tokyo; and the Tasaki Pearl Gallery, where you'll see how pearls are cultivated. Enjoy a free afternoon.
Day 4 Tokyo - Mt. Fuji - Hakone – Tokyo (L)
Travel by coach halfway up Japan's highest mountain, Mount Fuji, and enjoy a spectacular view from 2,300 metres. After lunch, proceed to scenic Hakone to cruise Lake Ashi by boat and ride the Komagatake Aerial Cableway. Odawara is next you'll board a lightning-fast Shinkansen Train to Tokyo, arriving in the evening. Take a taxi back to your hotel at your own expense.
Day 5 Tokyo – Home City
Transfer to New Tokyo International Airport (Narita Airport) for departure.
